Phoenix Project
What we are aiming to achieve?
Our Phoenix programme is a partnership between our experienced staff team and students..
The Phoenix Project aims to allow the students to re-engage, develop self-awareness, encourage personal development, and facilitate academic success.
We aim to achieve this by offering a bespoke program, which changes the way we engage students within the Project.

Personal Development Plan (PDP’s)
Personal Development Plans are an important part of student’s progression during the Phoenix Project. It is an individual journey for students to continue to improve themselves.
An individual student can isolate and focus on activities that maximise self-awareness, put skills and behaviours under a microscope to identify weaknesses and improve on areas which cover alternative isolated key strengths.
Activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital, facilitate employability, enhance the quality of life and contribute to the realisation of dreams and aspirations.
Many people fail to see the personal development is a life-long exercise, as a result, it is missed as a key opportunity to develop the elements in a way that does actually enhance the quality of a person’s life.
Aspects of a Personal Development Plan:
A personal development plan provides our students with a set of guidelines and a framework that, if used correctly, creates two points of clarity:
-
The Here & Now
-
The Future Aspiration
Taking time to reflect on these two areas helps to identify the current strengths and weaknesses. These may be obvious or not. Regardless, if we don’t take the time to reflect and question ourselves on what these both may be, and how aware we are of them, we will miss vital opportunities to improve and/or leverage the best parts of ourselves.
